Alice offers a classic massage drawing on over 22 years caring for the Nevada City and Grass Valley area. She applies her training in Swedish Massage, Dynamic Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, and Myofascial Stretching to treat conditions such as back pain, sciatica, repetitive strain injuries, thoracic outlet syndrome, headaches, chronic pain and more.

Her interest is in finding results with an emphasis on addressing tension habits for more ease of movement and spontaneity. She loves doing treatment work and many of her clients found her through physical therapy referrals.

She began her education in 2002 at The Phillips School of Massage in Nevada City, Ca and continues to keep her mind fresh by taking continuing education classes around California including at the Massage Therapy Institute in Davis.

Alice has experience working on people with acute pain, pregnant women, cancer patients and athletes as well as children and the elderly. She is happy to adapt her work to best give her clients the attention they need. Please feel free to call or email her for more information
